Every bottle of hot sauce we produce is crafted, labeled, and often delivered by hand. The vast majority of our ingredients are locally grown and organic, produce that travels 11.3 miles from growth site to production site. On a good day, we batch within 24 hours of harvest. If our sauces taste fresh, it's because they are.
